We are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. If your flowers must be delivered to the recipient at a set time, please send an email to Angeline, our Head of Customer Service, at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do the utmost to deliver the flowers at the time indicated or contact you to find a win-win solution.
If you have to cancel an order, please send an email to Angeline, our Head of Customer Service, at email@example.com.
If you would like to change the delivery details of an order, please send an email to Angeline, our Head of Customer Service, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any changes must be notified before 3 days before the date of delivery.
We register your order as soon as you receive our order confirmation with the personal order number. To enjoy quicker service, please make sure you have this order number available for any questions regarding your order.
You and No Other guarantees delivery of every order on the date requested during normal opening times. After delivering your order, our customer service team will send you a text message to inform you that the flowers have been delivered with great attention and care. If for whatever reason we were not possible to deliver the order, our customer service representatives will call you as soon as possible.
If the recipient is not present upon delivery, You and No Other's delivery team will leave the flowers at a suitable location if they deem it safe to do so, e.g. reception desk, porter’s lodge, lobby desk, etc. If our delivery team believes it is unsafe to leave the flowers at the delivery location, our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note a surcharge of $15.00 will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure only the freshest and the highest quality flowers are sent to the recipient. This order is chargeable at 50% of the original price. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the original price will still be payable.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we will not accept responsibility for the mistake. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, we can redeliver at a charge of 50% of the original price plus a surcharge of $15.00.

At the moment You and No Other accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
